1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the aieinstein web product ("the Service") operated by the publisher of volvence. By signing in with Volvence Accounts you accept these terms.

2. Research prototype, not advice

aieinstein is a research prototype built on the DLaaS substrate. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or safety advice. Do not rely on its output for decisions where the stakes warrant a licensed human professional.

3. What we retain

Each signed-in user has a per-account, durable conversation memory scoped to their User.id on a shared Einstein instance. Conversation history persists across visits and restarts until you delete it. See the Privacy Notice for the full data map.

4. Your rights

You can export and delete your retained data at any time from the Account page. Deletion is final and asks DLaaS to remove the corresponding scoped memory.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to generate illegal content, harass a real person, automate spam, attempt to extract another user's memory, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without an authorized scope. We may apply rate limits or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Not an emergency service

If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services — aieinstein will not, and cannot, dispatch help.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the latest version always lives at this URL with the effective date below. Material changes will be surfaced inside the product before they apply to you.
